Today is Spring Heritage Day at Walker Ranch
Spring is the beginning of so many new things–garden planting, repairing buildings, bringing baby animals into the world– and that was true for ranch families in the Victorian days also. Join costumed volunteers at Walker Ranch homestead for a peek into pioneer living in springtime. Calling all families to come celebration Earth Day! Join Growing Gardens right here in Boulder to celebrate Earth Day, today! Gather at the Children’s Peace Garden to join in a fun, interactive celebration intended to connect children and families to fresh food, local honeybees and healthy bodies. Denver Children’s Museum Rings in the New Year
Ring in the New Year in style with the Children’s Museum of Denver on Dec 31, 2012. They have their own Times Square
with glitzy, glittery ball drops, rainbows of confetti, sparkly art projects and all kinds of energetic fun, families can enjoy New Year’s festivities all before bedtime.
The museum is open Noon Year’s Eve 9 am – 4 pm. The ball is dropping on the hour from 10 – 3.
