About Me

I LOVE helping each and every one of my clients find their perfect home or investment! I have been in the Real Estate Industry now for over 14 years and am grateful to have found a career that I enjoy so much. I work with both Buyers and Sellers in Residential, Condo, Investment, and relocation. I am highly organized and extremely efficient with a strong background in negotiations which always helps when in the middle of a tough transaction! I have an extensive knowledge of the area and am able to help with all Real Estate related needs.

I know that selling and/or purchasing a home is one of the biggest transactions in an individual’s life and I am dedicated to making the experience as stress-free (as possible!) for all my clients! More About Janet

Janet Leap grew up in Monroe, Louisiana. After finishing 4 years of pre-Med in North Louisiana, she took a “semester off” from school and was a raft guide in North Carolina during the Summers and lived in Aspen during the winters working in the ski shops and restaurants for the following 4 years. Janet moved to Boulder to finish her undergraduate degree at CU in 1998.

After graduating from CU, she worked in the tax industry for 4 years, working her way up through the ranks, when she decided that she needed a career change. Janet LOVES working with people face to face, so decided to get her Real Estate License in 2004. Since that time, she has consistently been one of the top producing Agents at RE/MAX of Boulder, finishing in the top 20 Agents out of the 100 Agents at RE/MAX of Boulder, year after year.

When Janet is not working with her clients, she is with her husband and 3 young boys enjoying the outdoors and all that Boulder and the Colorado Mountains have to offer. Janet loves hiking in Boulder with her family and dog, Seymour. In the winter you can find Janet and the whole family skiing in Vail and in the summer enjoying time together at festivals in the Colorado Mountains.
