The annual Frozen Dead Guy Festival is happening March 8-10, 2019. Boulder’s Annual Fall Fests is upon us. Head Downtown to enjoy food, drink, vendors, activities, demonstrations, and more! For three days, the Pearl Street Mall (from 10th to 15th streets) as well as 14th street between Spruce and Pearl will be filled with arts, crafts and other makers, a beer/wine/margarita garden, live music, children’s activities and excitement.
