The Boulder County Fair is in town! Rodeos, Children’s Activities, 4H Events, Motor Sports, plus a ton more things going on! Of course you will find fair favorites like a petting zoo and funnel cake too.

The Boulder County Fair runs July 28 to August 6, 2017, so find your way down to the fair grounds in #Longmont, #CO for some summer fun!

Enjoy some of the most refreshing water we have in town along Boulder Creek! We are so lucky in Boulder to have the Boulder Creek running right through town. Hit some of the hot spots to go tubing, wading, swimming, kayaking, or just sit next to the water to enjoy the sights and sounds. To get the best access to Boulder Creek try starting at Eben G. Fine Park at the west end of Arapahoe Ave. You can park at the Boulder Public Library [you do have to pay here] where you can walk right over to a beautiful shady spot near the creek, or find it anywhere along the Boulder Bike Path.

Live Music On Pearl Street: Bands On The Bricks Is In Full Swing!

Love live music? Like hanging out on Pearl Street? Bands on the Bricks is back bringing live music to the Pearl Street Mall every Wednesday evening throughout the summer!  Music starts at 6pm with an opening act. The main bands start at 7pm.

The 2017 Bands on the Bricks summer line up includes:

July 26: Selasee & The Fafa Family

August 2: Chain Station

August 9: Chris Daniels and the Kings

Boulder County 4th of July Events

Boulder County 4th of July Events*

Boulder – University of Colorado’s buffalo mascot Ralphie will host the annual Independence Day Blast at Folsom Field. This is an evening event.

Longmont – Start the celebration early with a free 11 a.m. concert at Thompson Park. It features the Longmont Youth Symphony, Longmont Chorale and Longmont Symphony. The party in the park will be followed by fireworks launched from the Boulder County Fairgrounds.

Loveland – Celebrate Independence Day in Loveland at North Lake Park. At 8 p.m. they will feature tunes from the Loveland Concert Band at the outdoor amphitheater. The party will feature various vendor booths, a vintage car show and a fireworks spectacle.

Lafayette – Chris Daniels and the Kings will provide the dance tunes while kids can enjoy activities and adults can enjoy the food and beer, followed by fireworks over Waneka Lake.

The Louisville Street Faire Brings Lights Up Friday Nights!

The Annual Louisville Street Faire is on! This idyllic evening boasts live music, food, drinks, children’s actives, arts, crafts and fun for the whole family! Enjoy summer evening out, Fridays from 5 to 10pm.

It is described this way: For three or four hours, eight summertime Friday evenings, life is just like it should be. Babies don’t cry, dogs don’t bark, and wise elders feel nineteen again. The Muse visits the musicians pretty much every night and dances when the spirit moves her. We don’t know why this all happens here, we’re just glad it does!

Bike. Eat. Work. Repeat. June 28 is Bike to Work Day!

Now in its 41st year, Boulder’s Walk & Bike Month began as a single day of bicycling events in 1977 and has grown to a month-long celebration. Today, Boulder’s Walk and Bike Month is among the largest events of its kind in the nation.

Bike to Work Day on June 28 is the main event, with almost 50 breakfast stations around Boulder serving free food and drink to the estimated 7,000 participants riding or walking to work.
