This happens once and year. People flock to Downtown Boulder because it’s free cone day at Ben and Jerry’s! Head down to the Pearl Street Mall to get your self a delicious cone. You will probably see friends down there too. The free cones will be happening until 8pm tonight.

Forbes has assembled a list of 25 places around the country that are suitable for retirement and offer outstanding opportunities in one or more of the following categories: the arts, fine dining, learning, volunteering, outdoor water pursuits, outdoor land pursuits, and golf.  Cost of living and housing costs are noted, but high expenses, didn’t keep an otherwise top locale off our list.  Our list is alphabetical.

Don’t miss the Tulip Fairy & Elf Parade!  Leaving from the performance stage in front of the Courthouse, all fairies and elves are invited to join the Tulip Fairy as she lead a parade around the Mall to celebrate the tulips and spring.
