Code.org has started a movement to get all children to try an hour of coding each year – Hour of Code. This year Hour of Code is December 8-14, 2014. Their mission is simple – give every child exposure to computer coding. There are over 500 events in Colorado alone and many more tutorials available online at Code.org.
