Take a short hike and then listen to nature focused music on the grass at Chautauqua. This is a fun kid-friendly evening focused on children ages 2 – 8. Free event, but bring a blanket and a picnic. The Pearl Street Mile Is A Classic Boulder Race!

The Pearl Street Mile is a Boulder classic. This year’s race will be the 19th annual running of the mile through downtown Boulder, with runners of all ages and abilities starting and finishing in the heart of downtown Boulder. This is a true community event with Olympians and local world class athletes toeing the same line as 6-year olds, their grandparents, and everyone in between.

Race Schedule

Tuesday, August 9

  • 4:00PM – 6:00PM Packet pick-up at Flatirons Running Inc, 629 S. Broadway St

Wednesday, August 10

  • 4:30PM – 6:00PM – Race day registration
  • 4:30PM – 6:45PM – Packet pick-up
  • 6:00PM – Kids 1/2 mile
  • 6:30PM – Open Men’s and Women’s race
  • 7:00PM – Elite Women
  • 7:15PM – Elite Men

Race Registration

  • $20/25, kids $15

In-store and online registration closes at noon on Wednesday, August 10th. If you would like to pick up your packet on Tuesday, you must register in-store or online by noon Tuesday, or wait and register at the store between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM.
