This weekend is the annual Boulder Fall Fest on the Pearl Street Mall.  With its mild temperatures and colorful fall foliage Downtown Boulder provides a perfect fall escape. For three days, the Pearl Street Mall will be filled with arts & crafts, a beer/wine/margarita garden, live music, children’s activities and excitement during the 28th Annual Downtown Boulder Fall Fest.

The Pearl Street Stampedes start at 7 p.m. in front of the Boulder County Court House on the 1300 block of Pearl Street. The Stampedes’ finales take place in the parking lot at 10th & Pearl streets. These events are FREE and fun for the whole family. This is a great opportunity to cheer on your favorite Buffaloes and listen to the traditional sounds of the Golden Buffalo Marching Band!

Boulder’s Evert Pierson Kids’ Fishing Pond is open after almost two years of work to repair damage caused by the flooding in 2013. This is a super fun way to introduce your kids to fishing. The pond is located along the Boulder Creek Path between 6th and 9th streets. The pond has been restocked so it’s high time to check it out!

The Boulder Kids’ Fishing Pond Is Now Open. Get Ready Young Fishermen!

Boulder’s Evert Pierson Kids’ Fishing Pond is open after two years of work to repair damage caused by the flooding in 2013. The pond is located along the Boulder Creek Path between 6th and 9th streets. The pond will be restocked so the getting will be good by this afternoon.

Open Hack For Youth With Coder Dojo at the Boulder Public Library

Volunteers and experienced coders will be on hand to help youth debug their code when things aren’t working or provide ideas to take it to the next level. This is not a class but rather a community building event to help kids and teens expand their creativity as they apply their technical skills in a friendly and supportive atmosphere. Beginners to advanced coders are welcome and parents encouraged to participate! Bring your own laptop if you can.
