Movie: Chasing Ice at the Boulder Theater

Chasing Ice ImageIf you have never seen a movie at the Boulder Theater you are in for a treat! The Boulder Theater is better known for live music, but they also show movies on occasion. Chasing Ice is the story of one man’s mission to change the tide of history by gathering undeniable evidence of our changing planet. Within months of that first trip to Iceland, the photographer conceived the boldest expedition of his life: The Extreme Ice Survey. With a band of young adventurers in tow, Balog began deploying revolutionary time-lapse cameras across the brutal Arctic to capture a multi-year record of the world’s changing glaciers.

This movie is showing at the Boulder Theater on 1/9 & 1/10. $10 general admission tickets. Rated PG-13. Doors open at 7:30pm, show starts at 8:30pm. Purchase tickets at the Boulder Theater here.
