The Longmont Farmer’s Market brings farmer’s and food closer to our communities all summer long! Head over the the Longmont Farmer’s Market at the Boulder County Fairgrounds every Saturday now through November 23, 2019.

Fair Time in Boulder! The Boulder County Fair is the oldest fair in Colorado, operating since 1869. Kids, Families, and Friends of all ages enjoy FREE entertainment every day of the fair. Longmont Museum
October 14 – November 7, free admission
The Dia de los Muertos exhibition will be in the Museum’s Swan Atrium – a two-story space full of light – and will showcase traditional gigantes, giant puppets made by local artists. Altars for the dead, created by members of the community, will also be a central part of the exhibit.
Day of the Dead Family Celebration at the Longmont Museum
Saturday, November 4, 11 am – 3 pm, free admission
Join in the fun and enjoy live music and dancing, sugar skull decorating, traditional food, community altars, paper flower making, face painting, Lady Catrina, and more! Come dressed in your finest calaca (skeleton) apparel.
We need volunteers for the family celebration! Volunteering is a great way to give back to your community, meet new people, learn, and have fun. Shifts are from 10:30 am – 1 pm, 1 – 3 pm, or 10:30 am – 3:30 pm.
Gigantes Procession and Catrina Ball

Catrina ball at 7 pm
The Firehouse Art Center will host their 5th Annual Catrina Ball at the Dickens Opera House. It will be a party to die for…or at least an event to celebrate the lives of those who have already made the journey to the Great Beyond.
