images-47Spring is in the air and it brings many things to Boulder – this includes the much awaited Tulip Fairy and Elf Festival along the Pearl Street Mall. This is an annual family favorite! Join many pint-sized fairies and elves on April 27, 2014 as they usher in spring along the Pearl Street Mall. This event has performances, activities and a parade from 1:00 to 5:00pm. Tomorrow Is Bike-to-School Day!

This is a free event at the Main Boulder Public Library Auditorium.

Sponsored by the City of Boulder Historic Preservation Program, Historic Boulder, the Boulder Public Library, the Carnegie Library for Local History, and the Boulder History Museum.
