Join Open Space and Mountain Parks Early Childhood Educator/Volunteer Naturalist, Debora Martin, for an easy hike.  Ages 6 and up.  No dogs please.

EarthHappy Earth Day! Interested in celebrating the earth and the stars? Join naturalist Dave Sutherland of Open Space and Mountain Parks for a trip to the stars with a telescope. There is a chance we may be able to pick out the polar caps of Mars, and watch the amazing dance of Jupiter’s four large moons. Then you will cruise around the sky to take in other deep sky wonders. It’s Bike Riding Weather. The Neva Road Bike Ride is a Boulder Classic!

The weather has turned from winter to spring in a matter of days. Here is our first installment of Classic Boulder bike rides. This one is a Neva Road ride. The ride is 15.4 miles as outlined in the article in 5280 Magazine in their Spin Cities article. You can get an interactive version of this relatively easy ride mapped at Ride With GPS.
