The Boulder Civic Area Project Is Underway! Take a look at this site plan. Construction started February 20, 2017 and will bring many upgrades to this beloved area of Downtown Boulder.

More Boulder Junction Townhomes Are On The Horizon

Boulder Junction Area Before All The New Construction

Developer moves ahead with plans for more Boulder Junction townhomes. It looks like Boulder will see more construction in the near future near 30th Street and Valmont Ave. These townhomes are slated to be high-end units focused on filling the future needs of Google employees who move to town.
