Relax with Live Midday Music at the Boulder Public Library

The Boulder Public Library presents live musical performances at their Midday Music events. On February 12, 2014 join Jesse Manno (oud), Michael Stanwood (didgeridoo), James Hoskins (cello), Brett Bowen (percussion), Dexter Payne boulder-public-library-78(woodwinds) and Jenna Woods (zils), for an hour of beautifully improvised music at the Boulder Public Library. Kids Can Read to a Canine Friend at the Boulder Meadows Branch Library

They sign up ahead of time, bring a book [or get one at the library] and spend some time reading to their new canine friend. Free at the Meadows Branch Library. Winter/Spring Boulder Public Library Cinema Program Is Upon Us!

CinemaI don’t know about you, but when the days get shorter and colder I start to think about heading to the movies. Just when I am getting antsy to see some great cinema the winter/spring 2013 season of the Boulder Public Library Cinema Program is upon us. This artsy film series runs from January 7th through April 15th on most Monday and Thursday evenings in the Canyon Theater.  The Boulder Public Library’s Cinema Programming fills a special niche in the community providing cogent and coherent thematic programming for Boulder’s intelligent and diverse community. Free admission. 6:30pm unless otherwise indicated. All movies are at the Main Library Canyon Theater at 1000 Canyon Blvd., Boulder.
