October 27-28 brings us another year of Boo at the Zoo at the Denver Zoo.  Activities are free with zoo admission and are sure to please the whole family: creepy-crawlie animal demonstrations, many trick-r-treat stations and loads of entertainment throughout the zoo. Come on out and celebrate your Halloween with the animals at the zoo!

Eldora Ski Pass Party!

Celebrate 50 years of Eldora in style.  To thank the locals for getting a season pass, an Eldora Season Pass Party will be held at the Shine Gathering Place.  Enjoy a night of dinner specials, live music, dancing, door prizes and give aways.  Get your pass to Eldora Mountain Resort now!

Celebrate Dogs and Bikes!

Valmont Dog Park is celebrating the re-opening and the Bike Park is celebrating a new shelter on Oct. 20 from 10-11am.

Join in for a  ribbon cutting, light refreshments, a costume contest for the dogs, and a recreation center pass raffle. Meet under the shelter near the east parking lot.

It’s Corn Maze Time!

If you’re a fan of corn mazes, we have some aMAZing options for you!

Cottonwood Farms is one of our fall favorites.  A hay bale maze for the little ones, corn maze for the braver, pumpkins galore, hay rides and more!

Anderson Farms in Erie puts on quite the fall event including Terror in the Corn haunted hayrode and ghost town after dark.  For those not interested in the frightful possibilities, the maze is open during daylight hours and is very family friendly!

Rock Creek Farm, (Hwy 287 between Lafayette & Broomfield) also has a corn maze, pick your own pumpkins, and meet some farm animals.
