Each Halloween, Downtown Boulder is invaded by thousands of tiny ghosts & goblins, dinosaurs & dragons, fairies & princes, super heroes and animals of every size, trick-or-treating along Pearl Street. 3 to 6pm, rain or shine on the Pearl Street Mall. Join the crew on October 31, 2015 for safe and fun trick-or-treating along the Mall. More information here.
