Grandrabbits, an amazing independent toy store in Boulder, is hosting Play Days. Every Tuesday children ages 2 to 7 are invited to play at the store. There is always a new theme and the play days are free. 11:00 to 11:45am. For more information on Grandrabbits Play Days click here.
Join Buffalo Bill’s Birthday Celebration at Buffalo Bill’s Museum and Grave! Free admission all day (9 am – 4 pm), free cake and ice cream starting at noon (while supplies last). CU Wizards is an ongoing, community focused program offered by the CU faculty. These are free monthly offerings to the community and a great way to introduce kids to the science in every day. There are some great sledding hills in Boulder! Check out these locations for some of the best sledding around:
Scott Carpenter Park: This is a mellow, fun slope for the kids, but adults enjoy it too!
Tantra Park [Just South of 46th and Hanover]: This sledding hill can get incredibly packed and at places it is steep.
Foothills Community Park: There are some great, low angle slopes here for kids and adults.
Hosea Rosenberg has been an instrumental part of Boulder’s restaurant revolution. He earned national fame as the winner of the fifth season of “Top Chef,” Bravo’s cooking competition television show. Creek Critters Puppet Show is presented by the Boulder Public Library. Join a lively cast of characters on their adventures along Boulder Creek to learn why clean water is important to wildlife and people and how we can help keep our watershed clean.
