We are lucky in Boulder that we have Celestial Seasonings right in our backyard. You probably already know the teas are delicious! But did you know their factory is open for tours? They offer 45 minute tours seven days a week, every hour, on the hour. No need to make a reservation [except during holidays]. Tour hours: Monday through Saturday, 10:00am to 4:00pm and Sunday, 11:00am to 3:00pm. The tours are family friendly, so bring the kids! Winter Heritage Day at Walker Ranch Today

Join Boulder County Open Space to learn more about what the pioneer days were like at the beautiful Walker Ranch. Pioneer settlers had a lot to do preparing for and surviving Colorado’s long winters. Learn about typical winter chores when you explore the Walker Ranch Homestead. Take a tour, explore on your own, and maybe taste a treat from the past. Free and appropriate for all ages. Cantina del Pino, a highly lauded family owned and operated house in the heart of Barbaresco is one of Cured’s favorite wineries from the Piedmont region. They are lucky enough to have Renato Vacca, owner and winemaker, visiting Cured before heading across the street to Frasca. Stop in to Cured at 1825 Pearl Street, on Monday, January 21, between 3:30 and 5:30 pm to taste, ask Renato your questions, and enjoy some of our absolute favorite wines from this amazing region.
