Tips for a Fall Home Sale
If your home is on the market this fall, make sure you’re following these tips to maintain a warm and inviting atmosphere:
- Rake those leaves and shovel that walk! While you may be done with the majority of landscaping for the year, be sure to maintain what is there for a neat appearance and a safe environment.
- Keep the lights on! Whether you open all of the curtains and blinds during the day or add a few extra lamps for evening showings, be sure you are showing off your rooms to their best advantage.
- A warm home is an inviting home. Keep the heat at a warm upper 60’s – not too hot if a prospective buyer is bundled up and not too cool if it’s a warm day outside.
