SoBo Rec Center’s Halloween Carnival for the Kiddos is Friday Night
The annual South Boulder Recreation Center Halloween Carnival is on for Friday, October 24, 2014. This event is aimed at kids ages 3 to 8. It is a fun, safe, Halloween event sponsored by the City of Boulder.
